Kamloops Out of the Cold

The Out of the Cold Program is an outreach of St. Paul’s Anglican Cathedral.

Though we were unable to find a space to use as a shelter for the winter season of 2019/2020, our volunteer network will be working in partnership with other agencies in the city to further our Mission: to provide shelter and a meal to our friends on the street during the winter months.
